HDEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Kigali, Rwanda.
