How HDEV TECH Got Started: Our Founding Services

HDEV TECH Ltd was founded in Kigali in 2020 with a simple goal: help Rwandan businesses get online and operate more efficiently. We launched with a foundational service line covering Web Design & Development, Mobile App Development, USSD Application Development, Mobile Money Payment Gateway Integration, Hosting Services, Domain Registration, and Software Development.

A real example from those early days: a small retail business needed a simple website and a way to accept mobile money payments from customers. That kind of project, small on paper but important to the business behind it, is exactly what our founding service line was built for.
